- Each approved sale thread is owned by the seller and thus he/she has the right to post the information he deemed necessary and the price he/she deems appropriate. It is the seller's right to do so, even if the price or condition of the item does not justify each other.
- It is the buyer's right to do his/her own homework and research on whether the item being sold is reasonable or justifiable. This means asking around for opinions, going to shops to check on current market prices or even meeting the seller personally and viewing the item.
- It is also the buyer's right to bargain and negotiate what would be a reasonable and justifiable price.
- It is NOT the buyer's or browser's right to post unconstructive or critical comments, especially if there is no intention of buying. No one made you the "guardian" of the Market Place section. None of the sellers are holding a gun to all of your heads and forcing you to buy the items on sale. If the sale price is outrageous and yet there is a buyer, I can only say congrats to the seller and good luck to the buyer for not doing his/her homework first.
- If you do not have any interest in the item or no intention to buy the items advertised, leave it alone. If you are interested in the item, feel free to post enquiries in the post. Alternatively, you can contact the seller by PM or any other contacts the seller leaves behind.
With that in mind, this guideline is in immediate effect. All offenders will be dealt with.
